Soon to be 4!

We're coming up on your 4th birthday Janna Macie so i figured i'd work my way up by posting some pictures from each year. These were taken on your actual 1st birthday, February 2, 2006. You were wearing the beautiful Christening gown that 'Aunt' Peggy got you from the Phillipines. It didn't really fit when you were dedicated 4 months earlier so we made it your 1st birthday dress. The photographers thought i was crazy strolling up with Clorox Wipes, but once i told them that you were scheduled for your 2nd heart surgery the next week, they understood. Turns out that your surgery for February 9th got moved to February 16th, yes, after we starved you, stayed the night in a hotel, and the preacher drove up, etc. But we know that God's timing is the best and your 2nd surgery recovery was a breeze compared to the first. I'll tell you all about your first surgery one day. We thought we were going to lose you several times but again, God knew exactly what he was doing and showed us a few miracles along the way. We love you baby girl, mama & daddy
