Well, it has finally turned COLD again baby girl! I'm hoping we may get some snow this year. It did snow on your birthday 2 years ago - it was beautiful. Last year on your birthday it was rather warm. Thought I'd throw a Summer grin out today as you would like to play in water any day of the year, cold or not. I remember back in the Fall when it was cold and we were outside and you wanted me to set up the sprinkler for you! It was too cool of course.
You are having a good week at school and your teacher says that you have been talking up a storm since Christmas break. I get to spend tomorrow with you and take you to school. I can hardly wait! I hope you are getting a good nap right now for MeMa and PaPa. Your great-great Aunt Jewel passed away during the night. She was my grandaddy's sister. She had cancer throughout her esophagus and had begun to have a lot more trouble eating lately. I'm thankful that she did not suffer long as they said she would never go home again - she had been in the hospital for a week or so. She was such a card and when I was a little girl she and I always loved eating 'Tucky' chicken as I called it then from KFC. We will pray for her children and family tonight at your bedtime. I know they will really miss her but God gave her many, many good years. I love you baby girl, mama

Sorry to hear about Jewel. Sounds like she wasn't in pain long.
SO how cold is it there? Right now, at 10:10 it is 17 degrees. It was 8 this morning. 29 is our high today.
I miss those sprinkler days!
