Lera...only days to find a home!

A plea for a precious child on Reece's Rainbow, Lera.

Hi all, just an urgent plea for a family to come forward for Lera. She is a darling girl, very high functioning, and is facing an institution she can not be adopted out of later. An application in with her agency and a commitment for her is all that is required to save her from life behind bars. Russia is a great program, allowing for older parents and single mothers. This is St. Petersburg, a very western and urban city to visit and travel to.

A new $1000 grant has been offered for her rescue. Please consider her ASAP, she is literally within days/weeks of transfer.

Lera is a gorgeous little girl with blonde hair and blue eyes. She is 4 years old. She is quite high functioning, and doing very well. She has flat feet and a systolic heart murmur, but no major heart conditions. She is able to walk and climb, she eats by herself, dances, and understands and follows directions. She has also been transferred to the regular class, so she living and learning with her typical peers.
