Janna's 'angles' & loosing Matthew

this am as i was driving Janna to Pre-K, we had just started singing 'What a mighty God we serve..' - she took over, actions and all and as best her words would allow, so i let her at it. at the end she started looking up in the top of the car and pointing around and saying 'Angle, angle, angle!' (her verison of Angel). she kept pointing all over the top of the car ceiling in different spots and saying 'angle' in excitement and smiling and giggling a little too. so as i'm admiring this in my rear view i'm thinking that God must be providing angels all around her as she travels to school, which i'm sure He does.

when her OT met us at the school drop off spot, with watery eyes, she proceeds to tell me that 'we lost Matthew last night '. the whole school is distraught. Matthew is a distant cousin of Janna's who also was a 5th grader at her developmental school. he needed emergency bowel surgery last night and didn't make it through. his younger brother, Parker, really needs prayer as does his parents and family. his grandma told my mama this am that Parker didn't understand and that he didn't want Matthew to have to die
